Public bug reported:
To reproduce launch ubuntu-mate-welcome then press the button to bring
up the context menu which by default is right click for a right handed
mouse. Then click open link in new window. The context menu closes but
not link in a new window is opened. If ubuntu-mate-welcome intends to
only have one window open this context menu should be removed but if you
should be able to have multiple windows it should launch another window.
ubuntu-mate-welcome:
Installed: 1.0.1
Candidate: 1.0.1

Description: Ubuntu Wily Werewolf (development branch)
Release: 15.10
I expected if there is a button to open a link in new window it opened
the link in a new window. Instead it seemed to press the button with no
effect visable to the end user. If it is inteded for one window this
context menu item should be removed or if the end user is able to have
multiple windows it should open a new window.
