cd passed check second time. but then failed install again saying file
did not match.  I forget which one now.  it was one of the dependent
libraries.

Title:
  upgrading from 10 to 15.04 media was burned with external usb cdrom.
  Also installed from usb cdrom at first then moved to internal cdrom
