[Background information]: Some xen-based public Clouds utilize the xe-
guest-utilities package to perform hyper-visor based communications for
boot-time discovery hostname, network configuration, etc.
[Availability]: A Ubuntu version of the upstream xe-guest-utilities
package was introduced in 15.10 to support various public cloud
offerings.
[Rationale]: This package enables two-way communication with some Xen-
based hypervisors.
[Quality assurance]: The Ubuntu Cloud image team will look after this
package.
[UI standard]: Not applicable
[Dependencies]: All dependencies are already in universe.

[Maintenance]: This package will be maintained by the Ubuntu Cloud Image
