Added Mugshot as affected project. The next release uses a
clutter/Cheese based backend to render the webcam video. It works
correctly in vivid, but fails in wily in the same way parole is
affected.
Launching mugshot with: CLUTTER_BACKEND=x11 resolves the issue.
