Saving a filled-in version of the file attached to comment #4 of the
upstream bug report (an IRS tax form) works here with the following
setup:
Ubuntu 15.04 "Vivid Vervet", Evince 3.14.2-0ubuntu2.
Both the default file name and an edited file name save correctly.
Reopening the saved file shows the previously filled-in information.
