Public bug reported:

I have recently found that on Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 running GNOME 3.16 that
in WireShark in the view where it shows the captured packets and allows
for you to select them that if on attempts to scroll using the scrolling
bar that the bar does not even change its colour to show that it has
been selected and instead the packet in the list behind it is selected
instead, and it appears that no matter what I do I cannot use the scroll
bar in that section to scroll anywhere, though the other scroll bars
seem to work fine, but they are not the disappearing ones (the ones that
disappear when you are not mousing over them).
