golang-go.net-dev build-depends on golang-x-text-dev (which didn't have
a MIR section here -- I've added a bug task for it now anyway).
But golang-x-text isn't ready yet:
- It is ftbfs due to test failures. That should be looked at.
- It needs a team bug subscriber.
