golang-juju-loggo needs some fixes:
- It's missing Built-Using: ${misc:Built-Using}
- Its name is wrong [1]. It should be golang-github-juju-loggo and
golang-github-juju-loggo-dev. We should fix in Ubuntu so that if it's ever
packaged in Debian, we'll be aligned.
