Public bug reported:
STEPS:
1. Boot from media
2. Select install ubuntu
3. In partitioning select install alongside
4. As you move the mouse to the Grab bar to slide for the partition size it
changes from point the slider
5. If you click on this as soon as it changes the cursor moves but the slider
doesn't
EXPECTED:
I expect the Cursor to only change when on the thing that slides
ACTUAL:
If you slowly move the cursor there is a sweet spot that is just before the
slider where the cursor changes but the slider is not moved when you click and
move the mouse
This happens on hardware and kvm
