Sorry, but I don't know how to navigate the site very well and didn't
know about "View full publishing history".  I also didn't know what
"ftbfs" means until I Googled for the term...  :-)

Now I know about both -- thanks!

Very much so!  I wasn't aware of Ubuntu's policy with new packages
after it's been release.

I will try building it from source myself with Boost 1.59, then.  I'm
not as smart as others who have tried, but at least I'm not
constrained by the Boost version and can have a local copy of Boost
1.59 in a separate directory from the system's 1.58.
