Thank you. The quotes were actually there. Could this be a bug? I
didn't add the quotes and as you can see from the report, it was a fresh
install. This is the output now:

There is a message after logging out: "A start job is running for Wait
for Plymouth Boot Screen to Quit (57s / no limit)". This is preventing a
successful logout, but this was occurring before removing the quotes.
Maybe that's unrelated to this issue?
