Public bug reported:
There is a problem with playing music (or other sounds) using Bluetooth
connected to a car, in my case it is Chevrolet Sonic (or Aveo T300).
Music shutters all the time.
Everything is fine playing sounds from other devices connected to this
car (for ex. Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Sony Xperia Z).
Tested with Wi-Fi/GPS ON and OFF. So it is not the problem.
Problem is actual al least since OTA 6, now tested on r188.
