Closing as won't fix since the error tracker is basically unusable right
now and we've never had a single other report of this despite having
cgmanager on a lot of armhf devices now (Ubuntu Core & Ubuntu Phone).
I also went to look at my armhf builders for LXC where we spawn about
200 cgmanager instances a day and I've only seen a single crash in the
past year (which given the bad quality of the board, I'm happy to blame
on cosmic rays ;)).
