Marking this as triaged since it's a clear crash, but only prioritizing
as low since you're using packages from an auto-generated PPA and not
from the archive.
Did cgmanager always do that for you or did that only start happening
after upgrading to the latest backport?
Can you also attach /var/log/upstart/cgmanager.log? that may contain
some useful information.
