Guys guys, please...

I think i have solved problem...
I disabled bluetooth in BIOS.

03:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM43142 802.11b/g/n
(rev 01)

[14e4:4365] (rev 01)

I've got this wifi card, from googling i found that it is hybrid of wifi and
bluetooth.
I never got bluetooth to work(never even tried), had errors about unable to
find some firmware file needed for bluetooth.
Since i never used bluetooth i disabled it and boom no more freezes(knock on
wood).

>From what i can tell this is fix for me. I dont use bluetooth and dont
need it.

I dont want to test upstream kernels and stuff because it is not needed
for me.
