Public bug reported:

System: Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
Release: 14.04

App: /usr/bin/soundconverter
Version: 2.0.4-0ubuntu1.2

I have often used the soundconverter app for the purpose of converting
sound files, without any problem. This is the first time I met the
following problem:

Using soundconverter to convert a 3gp file to another format. Tried to
convert to Ogg Vorbis, Wave and mp3 with always the same result. I got
the Error:

"GStreamer Error:
Could not demultiplex stream."

The app created a file with the same name as the original, but size
zero.

** Affects: soundconverter (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
