so packagekit-qt managed to build in wily-proposed i think, briefly
whilst packagekit 0.9.x was there. And it migrated too, because binaries
do not have strict build-deps.
now, this makes packagekit-qt unbildable in release pocket, as seen in
the test rebuilds.
nor bootstrapable on new architectures as seen on s390x.
