set completion-ignore-case on
mkdir /tmp/FOOBAR
Which means this would work:
cd /tmp/fooba[TAB] -> cd /tmp/FOOBAR
But it will not work with rsync.
actual happens:
rsync /tmp/fooba[TAB] -> doesn't complete
expected:
rsync /tmp/fooba[TAB] -> rsync /tmp/FOOBAR
