Public bug reported:

indicator-applet-appmenu displays undesired/redundant menu items during
and after execution of "client side decorations (CSD)" enabled
applications.

For example:
* gnome-terminal: In addition to regular items has submenu "Unknow Application
Name".
* After execution of Calc or Disk-Analyzer, consequently opened applications
will "inherit" corresponding menu items in addition to their own.

The issue appears in version 12.10.2+15.04.20141127.2-0ubuntu1 (and at least 1
before) and might be related to the following commit:
IndicatorAppmenu: add modes support and implement unity-all-menus mode
(http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~indicator-applet-developers/indicator-appmenu/trunk.15.10/revision/267).
Corresponding changes were added to Unity-applet but not to indicator-applet.

** Affects: indicator-applet (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Summary changed:

- indicator-applet-appmenu displays undesired items for csd enabled
+ indicator-applet-appmenu displays undesired items for csd enabled applications
