Aodh is an OpenStack project that we're ready to support in main. It contains
the alarm functionality that was split from ceilometer during Mitaka.

Package works out of the box with no prompting. There are no major bugs in
Ubuntu and there are no major bugs in Debian. Unit tests are run during build.

All are in main.

FHS and Debian Policy compliant.

This is a core openstack package that the OpenStack Team will take care of.

Aodh's goal is to enable the ability to trigger actions based on defined rules
