Hey guys,
Thanks for looking into this. Unfortunately I had a few more scary issues and
had to get all my data off onto another drive before performing a full
re-installation. I had come home from work today to find that I apparently had
a read-only filesystem and one of the boots into the old kernel failed and hit
f to fix errors. I'm guessing my Samsung 850 drive got corrupted? I ran a short
SMART scan and it says everything is ok. I'm now running a long one and if that
comes back erroneous, I'll send it back to Samsung as it should still be in
warranty.
