Public bug reported:

gmediarender does not start as a service unless files /etc/init.d/gmediarender
and /etc/default/gmediarender are modified.
Firstly the user nobody cannot be used because the process wants to write files.
And the audio params best left out.
The whole service thing is a mess!

If you start the prog from the command line as an ordniary user - zero
parms - it works!
