Public bug reported:

Hi,

In Ubuntu 15.10:

sudo apt install libxml2-dev:i386

fails with :

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libxml2-dev:i386 : Depends: libicu-dev:i386 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

If I try to install manually libicu-dev:i386

sudo apt install libicu-dev:i386

I get:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libicu-dev:i386 : Depends: g++:i386 (>= 4:5-0) but it is not going to be
installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I don't know which of libxml2-dev:i386 or libicu-dev:i386 but multiarch
is not well supported and libxml2-dev:i386 cannot be installed.

Can you help?

Thanks
Christian
