While testing multiple displays on an AMD graphic card, it was discovered that
only a single audio output device is available in the sound settings on Ubuntu
14.04.03/04. Issue is not seen on Ubuntu 15.04/10.

Ubuntu 14.04.03 and Ubuntu 14.04.04 (only tested on these two for 14.04
releases)

Multiple audio output devices are displayed in sound setting
[Actual behavior]
Only one audio output device is available. Issue is not seen on Ubuntu 15.04 or
15.10
