Please update the ubuntu-mate-meta package:
* Corrects the required migration to `fonts-noto`
* Some packages have been moved to the `desktop` seed to ensure compatibility
when Ubuntu MATE Base is introduced
* Added missing essential packages `libwmf0.2-7-gtk` and `synapse`.
* Added `ppa-purge`.
