Test Case
1. Unlock the phone
2. Make a call to the phone and take the call
3. Switch to dash to show the active call panel on top. The indicators panel 
turns to green
4. End the call from the remote end

Expected Results
The panel keeps its original color

Actual Result
It's all green until the phone is rebooted.
