Public bug reported:

This package used to have a useful script called running-in-container.
Indeed, the bash missing binary scripts still think it does:

root@criu:~# cat /etc/issue
Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch) \n \l

root@criu:~# running-in-container
The program 'running-in-container' is currently not installed. You can install
it by typing:
apt install init-system-helpers
root@criu:~# apt install init-system-helpers
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
init-system-helpers is already the newest version (1.29ubuntu1).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Can we get this script back?

** Affects: init-system-helpers (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Confirmed
