Public bug reported: When I start the Ubuntu Xenial Installer, the USB keyboard is not working. The installer was started from UEFI Shell using the command:
FS1:\EFI\BOOT\BOOTAA64.EFI I had to restart the installer using the kernel option 'console=ttyS0,115200' and then use a serial connection.
