This is a kernel-oops report, that somehow was not automatically
generated by apport when it occurred; it occurred during the previous
session. However, I did capture the following before rebooting,
according to the directions given at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelOops#Submitting_a_Kernel_Oops_Bug_Report:

version.log
This event occurred upon insertion of my xD smartcard medium into my
Olympus MAUSB-10 reader/writer.
However, since launchpad apparently only allows one file to be
submitted, I am submitting only the first of the four files. Should
anyone on your team requires the other three, s/he may request them by
email.
