Public bug reported:

When reporting a bug, if the user needs to set up an Ubuntu One account,
the account creation process never returns to the bug report, and the
bug report appears to be discarded. The bug reporting process should
continue once the account is set up, or the reporting process should be
allowed to continue before fully setting up the account. Either way, the
bug report should not be lost.
