Because backporting patches require lot of work to figure what code
change fixed the bug, reproduce the issue, verify the patch fixes the
bug, control it doesn't create any regression, etc and we can't do that
for the hundred of thousand of changes done in the distribution during
the 6 months of a new cycle, only important bugs and security issues are
usually fixed to stable and that one is rather a minor one
