Don't know if this is the same problem this bug was opened for but I am
still seeing a long (90 sec) blank screen delay right after entering my
PW.  I have rebuild the system at the 4/11 daily build level and have
seen a decrease in this failure.  I do have a xorg log from a failing
and a good boot if i would help.  The failing boot does show a series of
6 systemd-logind pauses that add up to almost the observed 90 delay.
