Hmm, indeed, that'd probably be fine, so we'd need to re-generate the
file when changing the domain or changing the subnet, also making it
conditional on the bridge having IPv4 (since dnsmasq doesn't do
registration for IPv6 anyway).
I don't think we should restart network-manager though, probably just
show a message to the user telling them to do so.
And that'd be a new feature so not suitable for 16.04, we may be able to
do this in 16.10, though in 16.10, we'll most likely be removing lxdbr0
from the packaging altogether and I'm not sure how well configuring the
system dnsmasq fits into the upstream LXD code.
