Finally we have the solution:

The windows machines must be up-to-date, with the samba up-to-date,
without the configuration

    allow dcerpc auth level connect = yes

If the windows machine is not up-to-date, the configuration "allow
dcerpc auth level connect = yes" does not permit to connect.

If the windows machine is up-to-date, the configuration "allow dcerpc
auth level connect = yes" block the connection.
