I looked at this from a packaging/maintainership POV. Looks fine. A
couple (non-blocking) notes:
- There are a lot of warnings like "Depends field of package aodh-
notifier: unknown substitution variable ${ostack-lsb-base}". Is there a
typo or a mis-configuration?
- You can probably drop skip-gabbi-tests.patch now that Build-Depends
can safely live in universe.
