NOTE! All of my volumes (except boot) are ZFS

Stopped the LXD and Docker daemons which may have collided with the
upgrade sandbox aufs. It may function if any daemons also using aufs are
stopped.

However, this did not work for me. After disabling all non-essential
services and re-running the do-release-upgrade -d -s, I now get a
different error condition.

------------------------------------------
Checking package manager
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on none,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
(for several filesystems (e.g. nfs, cifs) you might
       need a /sbin/mount.<type> helper program)
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
       dmesg | tail or so

Sandbox setup failed
------------------------------------------

So, I presume that the do-release-upgrade is not ZFS aware.

NOTE! All of my volumes (except boot) are ZFS

14.04.4 LTS, amd64
