Public bug reported:
After I put my laptop into sleep mode, on awakening ubuntu the list of
wifi networks around me is empty and the wifi connected logo changes to
wifi not connected or arrows pointing up and down however I am still
connected to the wifi network I was before putting my laptop to sleep
but I am unable to connect to a different network or see networks around
me due to the list being empty on the network section on the top bar
