The graphical library package you see for xenial are pulled in via the
OpenSceneGraph dependencies of libsfcgal.

SFCGAL is required for 3D support in postgis.

The OpenSceneGraph support in SFCGAL 1.3.0 broke after they removed the
viewer application, the library can still use OpenSceneGraph however and
this support has been restored.

You shouldn't worry about these libraries being installed via the
postgis dependency chain.
