On occasion long text messages are not reassembled and they are received as
multiple messages. These messages may also be out of order. The majority of the
time it works fine.
In this example the message was sent from an iPhone on Verizon which is a cdma
network and received on AT&T gsm, although messages from this same person have
worked fine before.
There were no corresponding files in /var/lib/ofono/IMEI/sms_assembly
