Public bug reported:

When I open GNOME Music, I see this screenshot:
http://i.imgur.com/L5NLiBR.png?1

It simply displays the message: "Hey DJ. The contents of your Music
folder will appear here."

To fix it, you have to enable tracker by running `tracker control -s`,
and then close the application and re-open.

What I expected to happen:

- The application should check whether Tracker is running, and tell me to turn
it on if it's not.
- The application should display some sort of animated progress indicator so
that I can tell that it's doing something.
- The application should not require a restart to see added music.

I'm not sure if Tracker is meant to be enabled by default in Ubuntu or
not, but either way, this bug still applies.
