This is really a bug for liblxc/go-lxc/lxd, but since we're keeping all
the other migration bugs here, I'm putting this one here as well.
The bug here is that there's no way (currently) to have liblxc tell criu
to use bigger ghost file sizes; users are stuck with the default ghost
file size.
Ideally, we'd have some way to configure this in LXD, but I think the
best way may just be to allow it to be configurable in liblxc and then
set some large size by default in LXD.
