As David said it's possible that you're running with a pip installed
keystoneclient that is causing this error. DpkgHistoryLog.txt shows that
python-keystoneclient 0.7.1-ubuntu1.3 is installed which is valid for
Trusty/Icehouse. The following line of code in DpkgTerminalLog.txt does not
exist in the that version of python-keystoneclient:
File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/keystoneclient/utils.py", line
21, in <module>
from oslo_utils import timeutils
So it appears that this version of keystoneclient is coming from
somewhere else and is not valid with Icehouse. Note also that
DpkgHistoryLog.txt also shows that python-pip is installed.
