@Rahul, you submitted this bug report some *eight* months ago.
In a fully updated *xenial* installation of Ubuntu I do not see what you
are seeing.
Please advise:
* Are you still seeing this problem?
* Is your Ubuntu installation fully updated?
* Do you have the ubuntu-desktop installed?
* Does running apt-file on other files produce positive results?
