I'm sorry for having missed the "have-the-bios-updated" part of the FAQ.
I did this now.
1)
# dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
B0ET33WW (1.20 )

2) The problem persists without any kind of improvement.
