Public bug reported:

1. Enter control panel
2. "Add account"
3. Use an invalid charcter, such as an upper case letter.
4. Get a confusing error message:

Failed to add account
running '/usr/sbin/adduser' failed: Child process exited with code 1'

This is an easy fix, and could keep a user from getting really confused.
