pulse module-match does not work with CubebUtils (FF HTML5 player):
Module IS activated
$ pactl list | grep module
...

...
$ cat ~/.config/pulse/match.table
.*[Cc]ubeb[Uu]tils.*: 32000
With current FF (47.0) volume of any HTML5 stream is always 0...
