Public bug reported: No touchpad settings app is installed by default on a machine with a touchpad (in this case a 2008 Macbook with Lubuntu 16.04 64-bit). The default settings are intolerable and I have to search all over the web to figure out how to fix them. This will make the distro unusable to a user who isn't well-versed with Linux.
