I could not get ubuntu-bug to work, so I resorted to filing the bug report via
the launchpad website and later collecting the apport information.
Unfortunately apport-collect also did not work, so I invoked the following
command:
apport-cli -f -p unity-control-center --save ~/apport_unity-control-center
