To clarify, German is showing a mix. It has 
Asturianisch (Spanien)
Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesia)
Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia)
Bosanski (Bosna i Hercegovina)
Brezhoneg (FraƱs)

Which disproves Gunnar's theory because (assuming the German team is as 
efficient as elsewhere), I would expect them to have completed the ISO lists 
and so I'd expect
Asturianisch (Spanien)
Indonesisch (Indonesian)
Malaiisch (Malaisia)
Bosnisch (Bosnien und Herzegowina)
Bretonisch (Frankreich)
