Sorry for the lack of info in earlier posts... My video chipset is 945GM. Also, my issue in particular happens randomly when: 1) changing VTs 2) Logging out 3) Killing the X-server 4) Suspending to RAM
Under each of these circumstances, I randomly get the "grey blocks of death", and then my system resets.
